Damon Rawls 

Damon L. Rawls is the co-host of Master Minds Mondays and a successful entrepreneur with diverse business interest.  He is currently the Principal for Damon Rawls Coaching and Consulting, LLC. One of his tenets for life is to give back to the community you live in.  He does this by sitting on the board of directors for several non-profits.  Damon is also a member of the City of Knoxville' Business Advisory Council. His Outstanding Achievements Include: Chancellor's Associates for The University of Tennessee, 40 under 40 Business Leaders by The Knoxville Business Journal  Class of 2011, Recipient of The Beal Borne Business Award presented by Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Along with his business accomplishments, Damon is also a student of metaphysics and spirituality.
